Fornecen os seguintes beneficios:<\/p>\n<p>\u25baA mellora do confort ambiental, regulando a temperatura e a humidade ambiente, e reducindo o efecto illa de calor debido \u00e1 evaporaci\u00f3n da auga acumulada no subsolo.<br \/>\n\u25baA reduci\u00f3n do asolagamento debido a choivas torrenciais.<br \/>\n\u25baA reduci\u00f3n dos volumes de escorrent\u00eda e caudais punta que terminan na rede sumidoiros e na estaci\u00f3n depuradora, e evitala sobrecarga da infraestrutura de saneamento.<br \/>\n\u25baA integraci\u00f3n do tratamento das augas de choiva na paisaxe urbana.<br \/>\n\u25baA protecci\u00f3n da calidade da auga, reducindo os efectos da contaminaci\u00f3n difusa.<br \/>\n\u25baA mellora da sa\u00fade da vexetaci\u00f3n urbana.<br \/>\n\u25baA xeraci\u00f3n de beneficios sociais ao cre\u00e1rense espazos de xuntanza e lecer atractivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e1tase de transformar a recollida de pluviais actual, que procura a r\u00e1pida evacuaci\u00f3n das escorrent\u00edas urbanas a trav\u00e9s dun sistema de superficies imperme\u00e1beis e embornais conectados \u00e1s cloacas, por un sistema que rete\u00f1a a auga das escorrent\u00edas urbanas a trav\u00e9s dunha bater\u00eda de elementos baseados na natureza, que de traballaren xuntamente poidan acadala infiltraci\u00f3n de volumes importantes de auga no subsolo.<\/p>\n<p>Amais dos elementos e t\u00e9cnicas desenvolvidas na AG06, existen outras d\u00faas estruturas que debido \u00e1s s\u00faas grandes dimensi\u00f3ns son indicados para espazos comunitarios de zonas residenciais, pol\u00edgonos industriais ou tecnol\u00f3xicos, zonas educativas ou sanitarias, complexos de lecer e turismo, parques e zonas verdes, etc.:<\/p>\n<p>01 ESTANQUES DE RETENCI\u00d3N<br \/>\nZona de retenci\u00f3n e almacenamento de auga para a s\u00faa infiltraci\u00f3n, formado por lagoas artificiais con l\u00e1mina permanente de auga e vexetaci\u00f3n, tanto a\u00e9rea coma acu\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>02 DEP\u00d3SITOS DE INFILTRACI\u00d3N<br \/>\nSon depresi\u00f3ns no terreo ou encoros pouco profundos, pechados e de forma irregular, emprazados en terreos perme\u00e1beis. Des\u00e9\u00f1anse para almacenar temporalmente, depurar e infiltrar gradualmente a escorrent\u00eda de choiva de superficies pr\u00f3ximas imperme\u00e1beis. Adoitan constru\u00edrse con sistemas xeocelulares de alta resistencia, ou m\u00f3dulos de material pl\u00e1stico cun alto \u00edndice de ocos, formado por sistemas compactos ou pola acumulaci\u00f3n de compo\u00f1entes modulares, capaces de soportalo tr\u00e1fico rodado.
