On Thursday, April 28, the presentation of the Impulso Verde building in the 5th edition of Rebuild. This pioneering congress on architecture and sustainable construction has already counted in previous editions with the presence of the LIFE Lugo + Biodyinámico, being the Impulso Verde building finalist of the architecture contest of the meeting in the 2021 edition.

The municipal architect of the Concello de Lugo, Susana Penedo, has been in charge of presenting the Impulso Verde building at the conference “Edificios Zero Emisiones: Pioneros de la edificación descarbonizada” which took place this April 28 at 11 a.m. Toni Escudé, Director of Sustainability and Health of 011h Sustainable Construction and Iñaki Alonso, of SAAT Triple Balance, also participated in it, presenting projects that are already applying the principles of the Roadmap for the Decarbonization of Building in Spain, being Lugo a pioneer municipality.

The conference was moderated by Gonzalo Anguita, the Executive Director of FSC Spain, an organization that has just certify the wood used in the construction of the Impulso Verde building.

Rebuild 2022, whose fifth edition has been held in Madrid from April 26 to 28, has the presence of some 15,000 attendees, both in person at the IFEMA in Madrid and online. In this showroom, where the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 is also being held, talks, debates and presentations by more than 350 firms and 400 experts take place.
